Director of Provider Contracting for Prime Health Services, Inc.

As Director of Provider Contracting, Marsha is responsible for overseeing the Provider Contracting Department. As a part of her oversight of provider contracting, she is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and contracting: facilities, hospitals, physicians and other medical provider groups throughout the United States. Within the provider contracting department, the overall goal is to negotiate contracts ensuring a cost effective contract in compliance with all state, provider, and corporate requirements with a focus on Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Auto Liability, Group Health and Medicare Payer Programs.

Marsha is also responsible for the build and implementation of many smaller specialty networks within Prime’s broad based network, from the provider analysis to the network build out as well.

Marsha’s career in the Managed Care Industry began with Rush Prudential Health Plans in Chicago Illinois. In addition to Rush Prudential, she has also worked for Humana Health Care a National Insurer, Beech Street, a National PPO Network, Anthem/Amerigroup in its Government Business Division for Medicaid/Medicare and Specialty Products, and MissionPoint Health Partners, an ACO and Clinically Integrated Network focused on population health.

Marsha also served on the Board for Lipscomb College of Business from 2018 -2023.
