Director of Provider Contracting for Prime Health Services, Inc.

As Director of Provider Contracting, Haily is responsible for overseeing the Provider Contracting Department. As a part of her oversight of provider contracting, she is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and contracting: facilities, hospitals, physicians and other medical provider groups throughout the United States. Within the provider contracting department, the overall goal is to negotiate contracts ensuring a cost effective contract in compliance with all state, provider, and corporate requirements with a focus on Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Auto Liability, Group Health and Medicare Payer Programs.

Haily is also responsible for the build and implementation of many smaller specialty networks within Prime’s broad based network, from the provider analysis to the network build out as well.

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014, Haily began her healthcare career with Prime Health Services. Haily has since held various positions within the provider contracting department including provider contractor, supervisor and director. In 2017 she was awarded the Rising Star Award then in 2019 she was awarded Employee of the Year.

Haily is a member of Junior League Nashville and participates in the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation.
