Prime Health Services, a national managed care company that delivers technological solutions to accelerate medical claims processing and cost containment for health care, today announced that it selected CallidusCloud’s Litmos learning management system (LMS) to make learning more engaging in the corporate setting.
Callidus Software Inc. is a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing, learning, and customer experience solutions. Litmos is their learning management platform that enables enterprises to rapidly deploy education programs to employees who can consume content on any device.
Every employee―remote or in the headquarters office in Brentwood, TN―will have access to the LMS which they will find intuitive and easy-to-use. From corporate compliance training to self-improvement courses, the new online learning platform will cover multiple bases so employees can obtain the training they need and desire.
“Not only are we providing innovative technology solutions for clients, we are implementing them for employees so we are able to continue doing our jobs more effectively,” states Whitney Camp, VP of Human Resources for Prime Health Services. “The functionality, usability, and metrics Litmos offers makes it a useful tool that provides an improved learning experience for our staff.”
With the learning management system, Prime Health Services aims to not only increase interactivity, but also gain in-depth insights to help improve the organization’s overall learning programs. This integration allows the company to organize, manage, and reuse their training content for a more effective approach. Allowing HR to leverage these powerful capabilities will make the PrimeLearning strategy more engaging and foster a collaborative learning environment.
The agreement was completed in the first quarter of 2018.
