

Reimbursements
An accurate and timely reimbursement process
is of the utmost importance. Prime takes pride in either directly,
or from our client's reimbursing our providers efficiently and
within the time frame allotted for each product line.
Prime mandates all Workers' Compensation claims be paid within
45 days. Claims for all additional product lines must be paid
within 30 days.
Prime values the relationship
with each provider and efficient reimbursement is
the hallmark of an outstanding PPO network. Less than 1% of all
claims filed by Prime providers are disputed.
Prime seeks to offer a competitive reimbursement to all
providers. We accomplish this by offering different methods. For
example, a provider may be reimbursed based upon billed charges,
the Medicare rate in the providers' area or the fee schedule set
forth by the providers' state for Worker's Compensation and Auto
Liability. In addition, Prime has the ability to create a
customized Prime Health fee schedule for each provider wishing to
join our national PPO network.
