Brian Sharp

Brian Sharp
CEO/President and Founder of Prime Health Services, Inc.

Brian Sharp leads Prime with twenty-five years of experience in the medical cost containment industry. As a Masters’ level vocational rehabilitation counselor, Brian entered the workforce with Crawford and Company in the late 1980s working with injured workers. From this base, he held various management positions within Crawford and Company as well as other managed care companies/PPOs with regional and national managed care delivery systems. Brian as a founder of Prime Health Services, holds the current position of CEO/President and navigates Prime through the ever changing medical cost containment market.

Bethany Sharp

Bethany Sharp
Chief Operating Officer

Bethany has sixteen years of health care operations, sales and marketing experience. She entered the health care market in 1996 after completing her Bachelor of Social Work degree at Middle Tennessee State University. After graduating from MTSU, Bethany began her Social Work career, serving as a geriatric social worker at NHC Healthcare. She then went on to hold positions and assist in the growth of other prominent health care companies such as HearthStone Assisted Living and HCA Healthcare. Bethany began her career in managed care in 2001 and has served in both the operations and sales side of Prime Health Services since 2003. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the organization.

Allison Harris

Allison Harris
General Counsel

Allison joined the Prime Health Services team as our Compliance Officer in 2008. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in public communications and radio-television-film from the University of North Alabama. She currently serves as the organization’s General Counsel and oversees the legal department and compliance department. Allison advises the company on corporate, contractual, and regulatory legal issues and manages our state certification filings and updates.

Christian Puryear

Chief Information Officer

Christian Puryear brings over ten years of IT experience specific to the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Prime Health, Christian held positions with HealthStream, Inc., a leading provider of learning and research solutions for the healthcare industry and HCA hospital corporation. He has managed a number of software products from inception to launch plus an IT consulting firm focusing on small business IT technology and project implementation of strategic technologies. Puryear is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Prime Health's technology development including our strategy for technology platforms, product development, and standards compliance.

Todd Hurt

Todd Hurt
Vice President of Provider Contracting

Todd Hurt has over 16 years of healthcare experience. Todd entered the healthcare industry in 1998, working for Magellan Health Services. Todd’s career with Prime Health began in November of 2005. Todd has served as the Director of Provider Contracting and most recently as Vice President of Provider Contracting. During this time, Prime’s PPO network has seen vast regional and national growth. Todd is responsible for overseeing the contracting of all hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers for Prime Health Services in all 50 states.

Dorrence Stovall

Vice President of Network & Quality Management

Dorrence Stovall has over twenty-five years of healthcare industry experience and holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Dorrence career spans work in Administration with Vanderbilt University Medical Center and in network development with Aetna/US Healthcare for the state of Tennessee and with FOCUS Healthcare/Concentra leading national recruitment and development efforts. Dorrence has served Prime Health Services in a variety of executive positions for over 10 years including: network development, provider relations, credentialing and quality management. Dorrence currently is Vice President of Network & Quality Management overseeing provider relations, the contracting and relationships with our specialty and broad based network partners, as well as all aspects of new product development for the company.

Jennifer Ryon

Vice President of Business Development and Account Management

Jennifer Ryon joined Prime Health Services in 2006 as part of the account management team. She now oversees business development and account management, managing all sales and account management staff. In charge of our customer experience, from initial contact all the way through the contracting process to on-going communication and relationship building with clients, her vast experience working directly with each of our clients provides her team and, most importantly, our clients with exceptional service which is truly a “cut above the rest” in all PPO cost containment services. Ms. Ryon will oversee all of Prime Health’s sales and account management staff. She will also be responsible for Prime Health’s continued growth via the acquisition of new business, as well as maintaining existing client relationships. Jennifer graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

Christina Hancock

Vice President of Disputes & Credentialing

Christina Hancock joined the Prime Health Services family in 2007 and currently oversees all of the daily processes for the credentialing and disputes departments. She works closely with the PHS Physician Credentialing Committee, who participates in the review of contracted physicians for appropriateness to allow participation in the Prime Health Services PPO network. Christina also oversees all of the Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) relationships, ensuring that our CVO clients receive the best service possible. Christina holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Masters of Business Education degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.

Whitney Camp

Whitney Camp
Vice President of Human Resources

Whitney joined Prime Health Services in 2010. Prior to joining the Prime team, over an eight year period Whitney held a series of positions in outside medical sales, marketing, and health care. In 2011 Whitney was promoted to her present position -- Director of Human Resources. As the Director of Human Resources, Whitney is responsible for the oversight and day to day delivery of all HR related functions. With a focus on supporting Prime’s growth and expansion, Whitney and her staff are responsible for employee recruitment and placement, initial and ongoing employee training, corporate career development programs, and employee benefit administration. Whitney’s experience in medical sales and support give her a unique perspective as she leads the Human Resources department and develops programs and processes that support Prime’s unique and expanding presence in the health care industry.
