Dorrence Stovall

Dorrence Stovall is the Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Prime Health Services, where he oversees national and regional relationships with affiliate network partner alliances that strengthen our service offerings and further expand network coverage. He also supervises the distribution department, which supports the Prime Health philosophy of allowing a client to use the providers of their choice.

Dorrence has over thirty years of healthcare industry experience that spans administration with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, network development with Aetna / US Healthcare for the state of Tennessee, and leading national recruitment and development efforts for FOCUS Healthcare. He has been with Prime Health Services for nearly 20 years and has assisted in the development of the network in varying roles.

In his three-decade career, Dorrence has established a reputation for making a positive difference on the delivery of health care and on the industry as a whole, bringing honest, ethical, and innovative approaches to problems.

Dorrence currently serves on the national Board of Directors for the American Association of Payers, Administrators, and Networks (AAPAN) and as Chairman of the AAPAN Southeast Regional Board of Directors, where he encourages knowledge sharing and cooperation amongst regional payers, administrators, and networks in the ever-changing healthcare industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (pre-law) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration.
