Prime Health Services Application Developer I

We are immediately looking for a full-time Information Technology team member for the position of Application Developer I.  This entry-level position will support multiple existing web applications, as well as feature enhancements on new development applications for both internal and external clients.

We are looking for candidates that are efficient, willing to work on a multitude of projects at one time, strategic (forward and holistic thinking), and have a flexible attitude as project priorities fluctuate. 

The Application Developer I position will be working with current Application II and Senior Developers and provide general IT services for Prime Health Services including hardware & software support, networking, and some programming. 

In order to be an ideal candidate for our team, you would be experienced in a variety of software architectural and engineering concepts such as services oriented architecture, data modeling, and N-tier development. This candidate also must be proficient in Microsoft.NET Framework and related Microsoft technologies. Experience in relational databases would be a plus.

Experience in the following technologies preferred:

  • C# and .NET development
  • MS-SQL / SQL Azure
  • Web development experience using ASP.NET with C# on the back-end
  • AJAX and jQuery
  • nHibernate or a similar ORM framework
  • Web services and various other cloud technologies

Prime Health Services Marketing Coordinator

If you have a passion for marketing and amazing organizational skills then we want to talk to you! We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Initially, this position's focus will be on tradeshow (conference) coordination which includes registration, hotel bookings, exhibit booth paperwork, booth material and shipping oversight, summarizing key information for staff, and keeping the annual calendar up to date. Occasionally you may need to work late or on the weekend due to the conference schedule; you will not need to attend all conferences but may need to be on-call for on-site logistical questions from sales and account management staff.

Support for conferences will also be part of the position and will include tasks such as ordering collateral, promotional items, and giveaways. To promote our involvement the following will also be essential: keeping the website updated, creating graphics for social media, and crafting social posts to use during each conference.

Working under the Marketing Director, the department focuses on all marketing and communication efforts for the company and works hand-in-hand with executive management on the overall brand and goals of Prime Health.  

Therefore, additional job functions could include graphic design, content creation, digital media, advertising, public relations, and market research. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the position.

A successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role and have the desire to learn. Impeccable organization and follow-up skills are non-negotiable. 

Required:

  • Positive, willing-to-learn attitude 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Superb communication skills: verbal, written, active listening, and documenting progress notes 
  • Adaptable: you're okay with last minute changes and have a flexible attitude that allows you to prioritize your work well. You have thick skin and are open to feedback and constructive criticism to improve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, including but not limited to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, video editing software, etc.
  • Initiative: you know what needs to be done and don't need to be micromanaged to obtain or exceed your responsibilities; you think holistically and outside the box to improve the project/department/company
  • Comfortable with learning new tools for the job (CRM software, proprietary tools, marcom tools, etc.)
  • Graphic design knowledge and experience strongly preferred.

Prime Health Services Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are in search of a detail oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator who will be responsible for general AP tasks in QuickBook and creating complex analytical reports. The ideal team-player candidate will be thrilled working in Excel day-in and day-out and be open to learning internal processes while noting efficiency improvement possibilities along the way for future discussion. This full-time position will be at our corporate office in the Cools Springs area from 8am - 5pm.

A college degree is not necessary but a willingness to learn and proficiency in Excel is required. We're looking for someone who has working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups, dashboards, and conditional formatting. VBA knowledge is a plus but not obligatory. If you or someone you know have great time management skills and a love of Excel that knows no bounds then we want to hear from you.

Prime Health Services Provider Contractor

Our provider recruiter positions are responsible for contracting medical providers, which include physicians, hospitals, other facilities, and medical groups, into our preferred provider organization (PPO) network. Negotiations will primarily be with physicians and hospitals providing services for our group health, workers' compensation, and auto liability clients. 

We have found that driven candidates that have the following traits or skills or are truly willing to learn them will be most successful:

  • Problem solving / negotiation
  • Excellent communication: verbal, written, active listening, and documenting progress notes

The Provider Contractor position will call targeted medical providers in a defined geographic territory to ultimately negotiate a contract with favorable fee arrangements for Prime Health Services (and our clients) while ensuring the contract is in compliance with all state, provider, and corporate requirements. This position will also analyze and use data to find trends and develop strategies for recruiting and re-contracting key providers for our PPO network. 

Required:

  • Positive, willing-to-learn attitude 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel 
  • Comfortable with learning new tools for the job (online system, CRM software, etc.)
