Prime Health Services Provider Contractor

We are currently hiring entry level individuals with an interest in sales for our open Provider Contractor positions.

Our provider recruiter positions are responsible for contracting medical providers, which include physicians, hospitals, other facilities, and medical groups, into our preferred provider organization (PPO) network. Negotiations will primarily be with physicians and hospitals providing services for our group health, workers' compensation, and auto liability clients. 

We have found that driven candidates who have the following traits or skills or are truly willing to learn them will be most successful:

  • Excellent communication: verbal, written, active listening, and documenting progress notes

  • Initiative: you know your goals and don't need to be micromanaged to obtain or exceed them 
  • Adaptable: you're okay with last minute changes and have a flexible attitude that allows you to prioritize your work well

The Provider Contractor position will call targeted medical providers in a defined geographic territory to ultimately negotiate a contract with favorable fee arrangements for Prime Health Services (and our clients) while ensuring the contract is in compliance with all state, provider, and corporate requirements. This position will also analyze and use data to find trends and develop strategies for recruiting and re-contracting key providers for our PPO network. 


  • Positive, willing-to-learn attitude 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel 
  • Comfortable with learning new tools for the job (online system, CRM software, etc.)

Prime Health Services IT Data Analyst

Our growing technology team is looking for a Data Analyst to be actively involved in developing and establishing the quality, reliability, and compliance of Prime Health Services software services.

This is a highly impactful role that will work across every step of the analytics process from problem identification, data gathering, and data cleansing, to develop thoughtful analysis and answer complex business questions. 

We are looking for a team-player that will help us excel in the following areas: 

  • Gather information from various sources to form a better understanding of complex situations & processes and facilitate in improving data quality.
  • Review and analyze processes to ensure data is properly standardized and handled by authorized roles.
  • Identify data exceptions; execute data cleansing & data enrichment efforts
  • Responsible for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data
  • Analyze documentation of systems applicable to user needs, including workflows and software functionality.  Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
  • Data responsibilities include identifying necessary data elements to build measures, querying data to limit large data sets, joining tables to build analytic views, other data prep

Required Education / Knowledge:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • A background in IT, business intelligence, and relational databases
  • Proficiency in basic SQL commands and queries
  • Healthcare industry knowledge/experience preferred 

Required Skills: 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across company departments, as well as the IT team. If you're a self-starter that enjoys working with others to solve complex business problems this position may be for you.
  • Highly detail-oriented; we need someone who double checks their accuracy automatically and stays on top of data trends, workflows, and other tasks to constantly improve the company.
